The Ministry of Interior participated in the “Fourth Abu Dhabi Family Forum”, which was held under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Women’s Union, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, “Mother of the Emirates”, under the slogan “A cohesive family... a sustainable society.” ", which is organized by the Family Development Foundation on Al Hudayriat Island,

The Ministry's participation took place in a special pavilion that witnessed many events throughout the days of the forum, which included a group of lectures, educational workshops, and many competitions for the public.

The Ministry of Interior’s Center for Child Protection presented an interactive awareness lecture for children and their families, which included an explanation of the Child Rights Law and “Wadeema”, how to confront cyberbullying and peer bullying, combating online exploitation, and ways of prevention.

The role of the Ministry of Interior’s Center for Child Protection and methods of communication through the smart system for child protection were also introduced, which includes the hotline via the number 116111, the Hemayati application for smart devices, and electronic reporting via the center’s website.

Awareness leaflets and gifts were distributed to children who visited the Ministry of Interior platform at the forum.
